Midtown Plaza is wheelchair accessible and walker friendly.  Three elevators are located in the centre accessing the Tower at Midtown, the underground parkade as well as the 2nd level of shopping.

Wheelchair access to the main level of the shopping centre from street level is available at entrances to The Bay and Sears as well as the 1st Avenue entrance to Midtown Plaza.
